About Body By Kara...
I was born and raised in Ucluelet and I've always lived an active lifestyle. Growing up riding horses and playing sports in high school kept me active. After University I realized a career in fitness was my passion. I have now been training in Ucluelet for 4 years and I love sharing my passion with our amazing little community.
I believe in a balanced lifestyle opposed to quick fixes and diets. I look forward to helping my clients create routine and a lifestyle change. It is about creating a healthier version of your self and balancing daily life and your health. I am ready to help clients find and reach their personal goals and motivate them every step of the way to get there. My focus is on making a lifestyle change that will be longterm. Not only will you learn how to exercise safely but also how to have fun doing it.
I understand the challenges that people face prior to beginning a fitness program because I have been there before. Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, learn new exercises or run your first marathon, I will help you reach your goal. I am trained to develop a program that is designed for your specific goals and body. Through each session I will motivate you to work hard, reduce risk of injury and teach you how to balance your daily life.
I can also create personal meal plans and offer 1/3/6 week programs. I have teamed up with a nutritionist to bring you well balanced meal planning that still taste delicious and are easy to create.

How long is a session? 1 hour per session.
Where? Anywhere that works for you; your home/outside/BBK Studio or Fitness Centre.
When? Morning, mid day or evening (whatever works best for you). I just take weekends off!
What to bring? Comfy clothes, running shoes and water.
