Personal training is designed for your body and goals. I believe in a balanced and maintainable lifestyle choices opposed to quick fixes. My focus is to help all of my clients create a routine and lifestyle change. It is about creating the best version of yourself by moving your body and optimizing your health. I am ready to help my clients find and reach their personal goals and motivate them every step of the way. The focus of my programs is to make lifestyle changes that will be achievable and long lasting.

I understand the challenges that people face prior to beginning a fitness or wellness program because I have been there before. It takes commitment but the benefits are worth it. Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, eat better, stretch, exercise with your baby, love your life, learn new exercises or run your first marathon, I will help you reach your goal.  I am trained to develop a program that is designed for your specific goals and body.

My ultimate goal is to help you learn how to balance all areas of your life. Not only will you learn how to exercise safely, eat well, love yourself, feel better and wake up every day motivated but you will have fun doing it.

One on One Personal training session FAQ's:

How long is a session? 30 min to 1 hour sessions.

Where? Anywhere that works for you; your home/outside/BBK Studio or Fitness Centre.

When? Morning, mid day or evening (whatever works best for you). I just take weekends off!

What to bring? Comfy clothes, running shoes and water.

Pricing:

$65 per session for 1 single training session

$50 per session for 4 training sessions

$45 per session for 6 training sessions

$40 per session for 8 training sessions

$35 per session for 12 training sessions

*All above sessions are 1 hr time length

OTHER TRAINING OPTIONS:

$25 quick session (30 minute training session)

$40 private group training session (up to 2 clients)

$50 private group training session (up to 4 clients)
