A look at the day...

11:00 - 11:45 am Fitilates ~ Fitness class with Kara from BBK. Incorporate fitness and pilates exercises. The focus of this class will be to work your body inside to out creating strength and length in the body. 

12:00 - 12:45 Self Love Guided Meditation ~  Relax your mind with afirmations, meditation, visualization and deep breathing. This self-esteem relaxation can be used to promote positive self-image and help you keep a positive frame of mind. 

12:45 - 1:15 pm Lunch ~ Lunch will be provided by Body By Kara. If you have any dietary issues please let Kara now. The meal will be gluten free, dairy free and vegan.

1:15 - 2:00 pm Bodhi Bliss Yoga ~ Yoga with Heather, one of our amazing Yoga Loft Teachers. Gentle Practice. The term Bodhisattva refers to someone on the path to awakening. Unwind with a gentle movements, long holds and meditation to promote tension relief and mental clarity. Low impact and gentle flow suitable for everybody.

2:15 - 3:00 pm Chakra Energy Balancing ~ With Reiki Master Wanda. Learn about your chakras. Follow along to a guided chakra balancing and learn more about holistic energy healing. 


21 Day Transformation Program



In this workshop style program, we will be exploring nutrition and HIIT training. We will meet weekly on Mondays 6:00-6:30 pm to receive your 20 minute @ home HIIT and go over the weekly meal plan. 

This is great program to kickstart your fitness program and get organized with your nutrition at home. Learn how to meal prep and eat clean. HIIT training at home requires no equipment. The meal plan breaks down your Monday - Friday work week with recipes, grocery list and nutrition values. Your body will feel great after this 3 week program.

Founder of Yoga Gita in India, has been studying and practicing Yoga from a very young age. The subject has been passed on to him through generations in his lineage. He holds two master degrees; one in Yoga and one in philosophy, respectively, and has a graduate degree in science.   • Practice of Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation) – Practicing this dynamic movement series by valuing the formation and expression of your life energies brings out the light within you to lead the path of your life.
  • Yogic science of alignment and adjustments in practice of postures – The alignment and adjustments should be in the direction of freeing yourself from the influence of nature. This creates a platform for expression of your consciousness. And also this is the secret to be healthy.
  • Pranayama > Techniques for efficient expression of life energy – The more direct the connection of you with the life energy, the better and pure will be the expression of your life. Pranayama is the art of handling the breath with different techniques that will make you more efficient in getting your inner life energy directly connected with the existential life energy.
  • Meditation – You are surrounded by the ‘becoming’ process around you, which is narrowing your life expression by giving no space for your real Self expression. By bringing out this real Self you are tapping into the immense potentiality of life.

Workshop Details -> Saturday

  • S atsang – Life is perceived and expressed as you are. Let your perceptions evolve, remove the conditionings of your mind and bring the celebrative expression of creation to your individual life. The approach of this session will be to guide you to this state by mirroring your Self, so that your true inner nature of bliss is brought out.
  • Why Yoga? – Practical techniques through which you will understand why Yoga should be practiced. How to practice it to get the potential of self awareness. It is followed by a Satsang of question and answer session.

Wesley is the co-creator of www.themindchillcollective.com and is a yogi who has worn many creative hats during his adventures around the world: DJ, Break Dancer, Teacher, Actor and Singer. Throughout his journey, backpacking & exploring over fifty countries, two recurring passions were ever-present: creative movement and deep breathing. After practicing yoga for over twelve years, Wesley completed his certification in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Kundalini. He previously graduated with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria and went on to have a successful high school teaching career both in Canada and abroad. He has since made the full- time transition from the high school classroom into the yoga studio and as an E- RYT yoga instructor based on the West Coast of Canada, Wesley’s credo is simple: ‘Big Breath=Big Life!’
